A new post after a long time … Cutlets with a twist… by using raw banana instead of just potatoes.
250g Mutton mince
2 Raw banana
2 Medium sized potatoes
4 Green chilli finely chopped
1tsp Amchur powder
Salt to taste
2tbsp Bread crumbs/rava
1 Medium finely chopped onion
- pressure cook raw bananas and potatoes for about 5 minutes.
- Mix together peeled and mashed raw bananas and potatoes along with all other ingredients except bread crumbs and oil.
- Make small flat pattice of the mixture. (if the mixture sticks, apply little oil to your hands).
- Dip the pattice in the bread crumbs or rava. heat oil in frying pan and shallow fry them.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
