I was once watching TV and then I came across an ad for flavored butter and I tried it immediately. So i tried the same with rice.
This one you can varied by adding vegetables like beans and carrots but the one I made is a basic and good to start with.
2 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 tbsp of chopped garlic
2 tbsp of butter or any oil
heat the oil in a pan and add garlic and saute it for few mins once the rawness of garlic goes add parsley saute it for 1 min. and remove from the flame and mix it in the rice and serve hot.
P.S. I ‘ve added less amount of parsley as my kids don’t like it but if u like parsley don’t be afraid to add more it tastes much better with a little more 🙂
