From the time I’ve got contact grill I’ve gone crazy grilling anything and everything possible and every time I grill I am shocked to see the fat drip from the meat and I had been eating all that for such a long time, so guys wake up and check on what you are eating and get healthy. A small change in lifestyle can make a big difference.

Ingredients for Grilled Fish:

salt and pepper to taste

1 clove of garlic

1 tbsp of chopped parsley

dash of olive oil

fish fillet

toasted bread crumbs to coat


Pound all the ingredients and apply it over any fish fillet, and live it for half an hour and then dab it on the bread crumbs and remove off any extra. Grill on both sides till u get golden colour if required u can drizzle olive oil while grilling.

Ingredients for salad

2 tbsp of tomato

2 tbsp of apple

2 tbsp of onion julliens

half cup of parsley

1 small size cucumber roughly chopped

1 tsp lemon juice

pinch of thyme and pepper

1 tsp of olive oil


Just add all the ingredients in a bowl n toss.
