This one of my favorite recipe from my mom and an easy one too.
You can make this with any meat and can be made in a jiffy with the help of pressure cooker. One more good thing about this dish is that it requires no oil.
You can even skip adding a onion to make a dry version.
250g Meat of your choice
Small bunch of Coriander
4 Green chillies
1Tsp Black Pepper
1 large onion
1Tsp Ginger- Garlic paste
A pinch of Turmeric powder
- Grind all ingredients except meat to a fine paste.
- Add to the cleaned meat along with some water and cook till meat is well done.
Isn’t it simple?!
You can vary the consistency by adding a little water .
Goes well with anything but with chapati or rice with a combination of dal is simply mind blowing.
