Its one of the easiest recipes to make and the ingredients are always at hand.


3 Eggs

6 Heaped tbsp Sugar

2 Slices of Bread

2 Cups Milk

For caramel:

2 Heaped  tbsp Sugar


  1. First we need to make caramel for which we take the sugar in a vessel (that can fit into the pressure cooker or you can even use a baking tin) and allow it to dissolve without adding water until we get light brown colour.
  2.  Allow it to cool.
  3.  Take another vessel put the eggs and beat nicely.
  4. Now add  sugar and mix nicely until the it dissolves.
  5. Make small pieces of bread and put it in the above mixture and allow the bread to dissolve .
  6. Add milk and mix well.
  7. Put the above mixture in the vessel in which you made the caramel.
  8. Take a pressure cooker put enough water in it and place the vessel covered with lid and allow it to cook for 20- 25 minutes (allow the pressure to go out) .
  9. Insert the knife to check if it is done (has to come out clean).
  10. Allow it to cool.
  11. Garnish with almond Slivers if you like.
