lamb chops

Lamb chops are best when my mom cooks them but this isn’t her recipe which i’m sharing with all today this is a bit variation to it.


lamb chops -1 lb
ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
red chili powder- 1 tsp
turmeric- 1/4 tsp
garam masala- 1tp
juice of half lemon
chaat masala -1 tsp ( or u can use black salt as its not available here so i use this)
salt to taste
oil for shallow frying

Method :

Mix all the ingredients and marinate for minimum of 6 hrs or overnight.

Shallow fry them on medium-low heat on a pan it takes about 15 mts to cook ( i like the meat to be pink as it tastes juicy and tender) or u can leave it for more 5 minutes if u need red.

You can also grill it, takes the same time. Enjoy and God bless
