Its a simple recipe but the most difficult part is cleaning the prawns. The De-veining  takes up a lot of time.

All you need is :

250 g Prawns (cleaned and washed with a little turmeric and salt)

1 Tsp Ginger-Garlic paste

1 Tsp Red chili powder

1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder

Salt to taste

  1. Marinate the prawns with all the ingredients for half hour or a day if you have the time.
  2. Shallow fry the prawns in a pan until nice & brown on the outside.
