This one is really really simple. Quick and easy to make. And healthy too!

All you need is a couple of handful of Vegetables of your choice.

I have used a handful of Onion, Carrot, Beans chopped.

A few coriander leaves Chopped.

Salt to taste.

A small piece of ginger (optional).

You can even add cinnamon stick or any whole spice. Dont add too many things at once.

If you like you can add a piece or 2 of mutton to make a non-veg version.

Pressure Cook all the vegetables with water .

you can serve this by blending  it or serve it as it is with overcooked rice!
