You don’t always need to cook fresh rice just to make fried rice. you can use left over rice and any type of vegetables. This one dish is simple to and easy to make for my kids so they can eat vegetables.

Ingredients:

Julian cut french beans-1/2 cup
Julian cut carrots-1/2 cup
Julian cut chicken-1cup (optional)
Cooked rice -1lb
Oil-2-3tbsp
Salt to taste
Green chili-2nos

Method:

Heat oil in a sauce pan and add all ingredients (except rice)and cook on a high flame for about 3-5mts. Add rice and mix well and serve hot.

P.S. I like to keep my veges crisp or u can cook for more time to cook them completely. Skip chicken if your making vegetarian fried rice.
