Groundnut chutney is great with dosa’s idlis or as spread. Its simple and easy. All you need is

1 cup roasted groundnuts
2 red chilies
a small piece of tamarind
a few leaves of coriander
2 cloves of garlic
salt to taste

  • Roast the groundnuts and red chilies in a pan. Once its cooled remove their covering of the groundnuts.
  • Blend the roasted groundnuts, chilies,tamarind, coriander, garlic and salt into a smooth paste. Add a little water as required.
  • Serve with roti’s or dosa’s or idlies.
