When I started experimenting this dish I was not sure of the outcome but was sure wanted to make something new and tasty. I just started adding things what I got in my hand and could not believe what ended up. So try it to believe it….


1 lbs chicken
3-4 green chili
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp mustard sauce
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste


  1. Heat oil and add finely cut chili and then add chicken, fry till chicken starts to turn golden on a high flame.
  2. Then add all the sauces, pepper and cook ( remember mustard sauce, soy sauce and mayonnaise contains salt so always add salt in the last and adjust accordingly)
  3. Simmer and allow it to cook until its done with closed lid.
