100gms mutton mince or chicken mince (optional)
I tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
3 tbs oil
I cup maida
1/2 cup choritirava (wheat sooji)
a pinch of salt
2 tbs oil
For making the dough
mix maida,choriti rava,salt,oil and little water to combine them knead them and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
For making the filling
In a pan fry onion till its translucent.
Add mutton /chicken mince and fry until the mince is done (this step is optional if you are making veg samosas)
Add chilly powder and salt and cook for a couple of minutes.
Once its done allow it to cool
To make the samosa’s
Roll the dough into thin discs/chapatis.
Slightly/ semi cook them on a tawa/skillet on both sides
Once done cut them exactly in center and make a cone out of the half chapatti
Put the stuffing inside and close the edges tightly with the help of water
Deep fry in oil until golden brown
